At Hemkunj Homestay, we strive to be fair to both our returning guests and our family-run establishment. Because we handle an extremely limited boutique inventory (only two premium residences), any late cancellations profoundly impact our operations. Our policies are designed to respect these dynamics.
If you need to change your dates, please let us know at least 14 days in advance. Rescheduling is subject to real-time availability and potentially adjusted seasonal rates. We will do our best to accommodate, but cannot guarantee availability on new dates.
No refunds will be granted for checking out earlier than your originally booked departure date. Guests are accountable for the full timespan they secured.
All cancellations must be requested in writing or directly communicated via our WhatsApp business line at +91-8091688388 to be deemed official. Oral cancellations without a written message tracking do not count as a formal request.
